A Scary Music Video

The scariest music video surely has to be this one – COME TO DADDY, the song by Aphex Twin with the video directed by Chris Cunningham (who actually has quite an interesting job history with both music and film). Well it was a toss up between Come to Daddy and the one with the huge clay head anyway.

Go on, I dare you to watch it with the lights out and headphones on. Come to Daddy I mean, not Hello. And yes because it’s almost Halloween, here’s my Annual Scary Picture. I’m not even sure what it’s supposed to be. An evil, depressed drag queen crossed with Frankenstein’s monster maybe?

And because, let’s be honest, I copped out with that one and it’s not REALLY that scary….here’s another one with my face unfortunately spliced quite terribly with someone else. Quite horrific!

Haha! Love those pics!! : ) Come To Daddy rules. It’s definitely creepy but Rubber Johnny makes it look like a Disney movie… 😉

    Oh. Oh my.
You are too cute though. The cuteness is shining heartily through that first photo.

That is one imaginative but creepy ass video Emma. And those pictures, I bet you had fun doing them.

  5. Emma. First picture was really cute. Second picture will possibly require therapy. I also second the fact that any Justin Beiber video is scarier than anything by Aphex Twin.

  6. MIB says:

Surely anything involving ether Beiber or Jedward is the scariest? 😛

I really liked the first video, which I had never seen before.
I wasn’t scared by it, but spent the whole thing thinking about the old lady’s retro glasses. High time those big window-pane styles had a renaissance! I couldn’t watch Ritchie again. His protruding jaw is far too disturbing…
    As ever, Pete. XXX

Haha, very disturbing 🙂 “you need to see what’s going on in the art room…”

It’s a good video isn’t it! Yes her glasses are huge ha ha 🙂 xxx

  8. Emma! WHAT THE HELL! If I have nightmares tonight you ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE! And I love your pics. The first one actually reminds me of Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas. And the second one…Eek!😱😱😱

Holy crap that video! I sadly won’t be putting on any costumes. Wouldn’t know where to begin, and sadly Sexy Nurse doesn’t fit me very well 😛

For next year though, I have a couple of costumes planned mwahahaha

I thought the head one was the one you’re referring to. Hello is gloriously naff. You should see the episode of The Goldbergs too.

Any thoughts?
