Thorthor

Thor is my favourite Marvel Universe character, I enjoy the comic tone in his naivety about being part of Earth. His world gave us the only good villain in the Marvel world with Loki and you add in the mythology behind the character which is something that always fascinates me personally. And yes I am aware it isn’t the most accurate but still attempts to take us into the world. I do pick him over the…

Thor and Loki are pretty cool characters.

  2. Nice choice, Emma! I haven’t seen all of the movies yet, but I have seen all the Iron Man movies. I grew up reading those comics. I always found Tony Stark to be the most interesting character out of uniform. Robert Downey Jr. plays him perfectly.

    • emmakwall says:

      Yay!!! Thanks Paul 🙂

It’s brilliant you love Downey Jr in the role as a fan of the comics growing up! 🙂 I need to catch up the movies too!!

I know so little about Marvel movies. I liked a tv movie where The Incredible Hulk got arrested and had to be defended by Daredevil. This made Kingpin mad. 🙂

    • emmakwall says:

Haha that sounds fantastic!! Did he actually defend him, like in a proper trial?!! Nothing wrong with TV movies 🙂

      • drhumpp says:

Only in the dream sequence. This was pretty awesome though, because the prosecutor made Bill Bixby angry.

        • emmakwall says:

And how did Bill Bixby react to the prosecutor?!!

          • drhumpp says:

The same way any rational person would, by turning green and ripping off his clothes.

I haven’t mastered the color change yet, but I am usually naked at the first sign of anxiety.

            • emmakwall says:

Haha! Does getting naked help with the anxiety?

            • drhumpp says:

Of course! If I’m feeling modest, I’ll leave a few scraps to guard my bits & pieces. Not usually feeling all that modest though…

            • emmakwall says:

Haha, I’m liking your style Dr Humpp 🙂 how are you feeling today..?! Modest or not modest, this is the question 🙂

            • drhumpp says:

Well, I am at work right now. Then again, I feel a little tense. It might be time to do something about that!
              😉

            • emmakwall says:

Haha! I need to ask what job you do – this is now very relevant!!!

            • drhumpp says:

That’s complicated. I have a secret identity. During the day, I’m a mild mannered middle school teacher who keeps fully dressed even when feeling stressed.

Otherwise, I write about silly moments in movies I love and strip off at the first sign of writer’s block.

            • emmakwall says:

Haha, that’s VERY wise. I can’t imagine a middle school teacher who uses nudity to deal with stress would be all that popular…. 🙂

I really have an image right now of you ‘whipping’ something off in a ‘flourish’ and that sounds far more perverted than I wanted it too!!!

            • drhumpp says:

I try to compartmentalize all of my perversions in this blog. It keeps me grounded and helps ease the laundry load.
              🙂 Whipping something off indeed.

  4. beetleypete says:

Is Silver Surfer a Marvel character? I think he is. If so, he gets my vote. But only for the comics.
    As ever, Pete. XXX

    • emmakwall says:

I honestly don’t know Pete! The only comic book movies I really know are X Men lol 🙂

Hope you and Ollie had a lovely weekend and hurrah the weather is finally looking up!!! As ever back…xxx

To be fair RDJ does have muscles. He’s just showing them off as much now.

    Dum Dum Dugan!

Any thoughts?
