If it’s in a word or it’s in a book…you can’t get rid of The Babadook
The Babadook a new scary movie from Australian director and writer Jennifer Kent. It was recently shown at the Sundance Film Festival and has received brilliant reviews from critics and audience alike.

Well I watched the trailer just last night and had trouble sleeping afterwards – no joke. Just the damn trailer was so freaky! It looks very scary and with such great feedback and reviews so far, I’m really excited to watch it. Some of the reviews on IMDB give a good insight to the tone of the film which sounds well written and very well acted making it anything but average. Australia has given us some original and unforgiving horror movies in the past and I’m hoping this will live up to expectation. Bring on Mister Babadook. But, I mean…not literally though…okay?
