10 of my Favourite Love Songs – to keep you warm this Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day – 10 of my Favourite Love Songs

Ah, Valentine’s Day, the 14th of February. What year? Every year. A date to bring fear, excitement, hope and bitterness into the hearts of singletons and non-remarkable nonchalance / smugness / unnecessary debt for those bastards in loving relationships.

Here’s 10 of my favourite love songs to help celebrate the happy day –

In no particular order:

1. Yazoo – Only You AAA

2. Sam Cooke – Nothing Can Change This Love

3. The Beach Boys – Don’t Worry Baby

4. Bryan Ferry – I Love How You Love Me

5. Sam Cooke – Teenage Sonata

6. John Waite – Missing You

7. Elton John – Your Song

8. Madonna – Crazy For You

9. The Four Tops – Sugar Pie Honey Bunch

10. Roy Orbison – Love Hurts

❤ Happy Valentine’s Day ❤

    Nice selection, Em
I would include ‘Sweet Love’ by Anita Baker, and of course ‘Like A Star’, by Corinne Bailey Rae.
Hope you have a suitably romantic day, honey.
    As ever, Pete. XXX
