1996 Jeff Goldblum

For anyone who read my review of The Fly (here) and then wondered what a ‘1996 Jeff Goldlblum’ was. Well here, enjoy this picture from Independence Day.

This is a 1996 Jeff Goldblum.

Sometimes it makes me sad that this will never happen for me. Sigh.

  2. I have to admit, I’ve always had a bit of a crush on Jeff Goldblum. And how gorgeous was he in Jurassic Park?😍😍😍

  3. I love Jeff Goldblum as an actor but I never thought he was particularly good looking, although a couple of my girlfriends are just nutty about him. I think he’s a “personality goes a long way” kind of guy.

I think he’s very handsome but he’s often referred to as the “thinking woman’s crumpet” haha so I think it’s a mix of brains and brawn.

I do genuinely think he’s very good looking though 🙂

      • I’ve never heard that expression before! Now I feel like I should say I find him attractive because it will make me look more intelligent, haha!
I find his personality very attractive but I don’t think he’s particularly good looking. Like Benedict Cumberbatch. If I were to look at him and not know his personality I wouldn’t look twice but his brain and his personality make him attractive

Haha!! I didn’t say it for that reason but now I’m kind of thinking we SHOULD say it for that reason! Well….you know! : )

I know what you mean about Benedict Cumberbatch (or as me and Kim like to call him – Benedict Cumberbunny) I don’t find him attractive in the slightest……but I’m sure he won’t be bothered about that!!

I think we all have our little quirks that we go for, you get people who are objectively good looking but then you get people who….you just like I suppose! And you can’t always put your finger on it : )

  4. Oh yum. He was sex on legs in Independence Day. Late 80’s to late-ish 90’s were definitely his golden years. He was also supremely yummy in Earth Girls Are Easy, a fluffy comedy staring his then wife Geena.

Goldblum is the best! Glad he’s coming back for the Independence Day sequel. That should be fun!

I’m with you Emma, though I’m rather partial to Jurassic Park Goldblum because of the sassy one-liners 🙂

Jeff Goldblum, 1977: “Annie Hall.” Yep, this was his total appearance.

Looks a lot like Geena Davis’ current husband.
